Many times, when we have the wind knocked out of us from adversity in our lives, we tend to retrieve. However, it is in those moments of pressure we must get up and choose to PUSH forward if we want to experience BREAKTHROUGH. If we never experience the "birthing pains" of transformation we delay the NEW and stay satisfied with those things that keep us running in place. If the goal is just to pay bills and remain in our comfort zones, we will repeat patterns which keep us at shore and lead to a life that was never completely fulfilled. We are not created to "exist" we are here for a specific "purpose". It requires that we step out of our safe harbor. The comfort zones at one time felt uncomfortable but now have served their purpose in our life and God wants to show us the NEW if we will summon the FAITH to cross over once again.
Over the last 18 months I have been holding back on the things I know God has called me to do because of the enormous assault that was directed at my life. I believe the enemy is afraid of me speaking out for others and being a VOICE for those who need encouragement. I found it so much easier to stay quiet and actually tried to "convince" myself that I deserved the "break" from my destiny. However, God has not created me to live an apathetic life and allow the enemy to "intimidate" me from doing exactly what I am designed to do. Well, I just recently made the decision to leave the shoreline and pursue the calling on my life with ZERO DOUBT!
A few months ago I was fortunate enough to meet an amazing couple Paul and Karen Drake in Nashville, TN through a very dear friend of mine, Luis Rey Sr. I fell in love with their heart and vision for people the moment we met. I just recently made the decision to represent this company as their Brand Ambassador and Leadership Coach. Paul and Karen, the owners of Tomorrow’s Leaf, have spent hours with me sharing their vision to make an impact on the well-being of others globally and I am beyond elated to align my efforts in getting this message out. I have been coaching and mentoring leaders for over 20 years and there is nothing that excites me more than to empower others to SUCCEED in the gifts and talents God has so graciously given all of us and help them connect to their purpose.
This NEW season in my life will give me the freedom to operate in the fullness of my talents without limitations! I look forward to expanding my platform as an Author and Public Speaker to bring encouragement and hope to those who are in need. I don't know what you DREAM about, but I am willing to bet that you may still be holding back so if that is you.... God wants you to know that it is time to get out of your own way, YOU were never designed to stay on the sideline running in place my friends you were BORN at this MOMENT, in this SEASON, for this PURPOSE, to SHINE!
